Beneficial Eating


Bananas are labeled as a superfood, because of the uber nutritious, edible goodness, it offers humans.
Here are just 5 benefits  for eating bananas that have benefited me personally;
  • Aids in weightloss
  • Helps with Depression
  • Soothes GERDS (Acid Reflux), or a simple sore throat
  • High in Fiber
  • Soothes  Menstrual Cramps
We tend to always buy more bananas than we can actually eat. Instead
of letting them go bad completely, Freeze them. Add them to Greens and Other Fruit to make smoothies or make some N’ice Cream.
