One-Day Water Detox

Now, I am no expert, I don’t call myself a nutritionist or anything of the sort. I just listen to my body and do what it tells me.

After days of eating very unhealthy, I felt disgusting, very low on energy and dehydrated.. I challenged myself, I wanted to give myself a break from eating so I came up with the One-Day Water Detox.This Detox is all about eating and drinking more water. There’s no rules to to this detox, you eat how much and how little, depend on YOUR body to work on natural fuel.Speaking of fuel-when completing this Detox… I had loads of energy. I was running up and down the walls.

After completion, I slept like a baby and woke up lighter than the previous day.

My skin glowed.

I felt so much better.

So here’s what I did for the Cleanse

One-Day Water Detox

7am-9am: 24oz Lemon, Apple Cider Vinegar , Cinnamon Water

10am: 8-16oz water of choice (i chose fruit infused) 1 cucumber sliced (unsalted)

12:45pm: 8-16oz water +1 cucumber sliced (My Belly was getting full)

16-24oz water (if still full, skip it)

8oz water (i chose sparkling) +1 cup watermelon

6oz cup of Tea of Choice, unsweetened

Bath with Dr. Teals Lavender Epsom Salt (Personal Choice)

Like I mentioned, I’m no pro. I just know what works for my body

** try at your own risk, as well as do this when you’re home all day.. THE CLEANSING EFFECT IS GREAT**
