When a hotel offers complimentary breakfast.. you take it and run.
Get there early enough for your serve but not too early, don’t want to seem like you’re “parched”.
If you are a health conscious eater like myself, you tend to stay away from over-processed foods, such as Bacon, Sausage Patties and Carton Eggs, you know EGG BEATERS, and Sugary Cereals with their partner Cow’s Milk
Those are the majority of what’s served at any hotel that offers complimentary breakfast.

On the plus, You have options of fruit, whole grain breads AND danishes (not particularly healthy but this one I ate was cute), oatmeal, tea and coffee ANDDDDD WATER!!!!
